What support looks like

At Fit For Life Youth, support isn’t just about turning up to a session, it’s about feeling seen, supported and part of something positive.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Fitness sessions that build strength, confidence and resilience

  • A safe space where you can be yourself without judgement

  • Positive role models who listen, guide and encourage you

  • New friendships and a strong sense of belonging

  • Opportunities to grow, whether that’s building confidence, improving wellbeing or developing new skills

  • Support beyond sport, including youth clubs and personal development

You don’t need to be sporty.
You don’t need experience.
You just need to show up.

We’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

How to join

Joining is simple.

If you’d like to train in the gym (ages 6+), you can visit us in person or download our app to register and book sessions.

If you’re interested in joining one of our Youth Clubs (ages 11+), complete the online sign-up form and our team will be in touch with the next steps.

We provide safe, structured programmes designed to support young people’s confidence, wellbeing and life skills.

What Problems We Help With

We understand that growing up today can be challenging. Many young people face pressures that affect their confidence, behaviour, motivation and wellbeing.

We support families who may be experiencing:

  • Low confidence or self-esteem

  • Lack of motivation or direction

  • Social isolation or difficulty making friends

  • Struggles with emotional regulation

  • Too much screen time and limited physical activity
