What We Offer

We provide a range of structured sessions designed to support young people’s physical, emotional and social development.

  • We deliver structured gym and boxing sessions designed to improve physical fitness, discipline and confidence in young people.

    Sessions are led by qualified, experienced coaches who focus on technique, progression and positive behaviour. Young people learn how to set goals, stay committed and build self-belief in a safe and supportive environment.

    Whether attending recreationally or working towards progression pathways, every session is tailored to support individual development.

  • Our youth clubs provide a safe, inclusive space where young people can relax, socialise and take part in a wide range of activities.

    From sports and games to creative sessions and workshops, young people are encouraged to build friendships, try new things and develop confidence in a supportive setting.

    Our youth workers create a welcoming environment where every young person feels valued, heard and part of a community.

  • We provide consistent support through trusted staff and relatable role models who understand the challenges young people face.

    Through regular engagement, conversations and structured activities, we help young people build confidence, resilience and positive life skills. This includes emotional wellbeing, communication skills and developing a strong sense of identity.

    Our approach focuses on early support and positive guidance, helping young people make better choices and feel more confident in themselves.

  • We run holiday programmes that offer safe, engaging and active days during school holidays.

    Young people take part in a variety of activities including sports, games, workshops and trips, all designed to keep them active, social and positively engaged.

    These programmes provide additional support for families, ensuring young people have access to structured, supervised activities during school breaks.

  • We work in partnership with local schools to deliver after schools clubs and targeted programmes that support students’ development.

    Our sessions help improve confidence, teamwork, behaviour and engagement while providing additional support for those who may benefit from structured activities outside the classroom.

    We also support SEND provision and inclusive delivery, ensuring all young people can access and benefit from our programmes.
